Board of Directors
OCS is a non-profit 501 (c) 3 organization. It is governed by a volunteer board comprised of local citizens from the five county OCS service area. Board members serve without compensation.

The OCS professional staff include Psychiatrists, Psychologists, Clinical Social Workers, Professional Counselors, Psychological Examiners and Psychiatric Nurses. The professional staff are joined by a dedicated paraprofessional and support staff to provide the best services to their communities. The staff all adhere to the Arkansas State Standards for Community Mental Health Centers, Arkansas and Federal Laws and guidelines. The professional staff abide by the ethics of their respective profession and specialization. Quality services are delivered with respect for the privacy of each individual served.
