Services
Clinical Services
The most common and frequently utilized approaches in assisting
people are individual, group, family and marital counseling.
The OCS clinical staff members are also trained to work with persons
having alcohol or drug related problems.
Psychiatric Medical Services are provided by a physician who
is licensed to prescribe medication and is trained in the diagnosis
and treatment of psychiatric disorders.
The OCS professional clinical staff members are
trained to assist with problems across the entire human life
span. Staff members are trained to help with childhood emotional
problems, the special difficulties of adolescence, and the challenges
of adulthood and aging. Clinical staff members also provide specialized
diagnostic, evaluative, and assessment services.
Assessment services involve the evaluation of
individuals in order to help identify their problems, clarify
diagnoses, and aid in treatment planning and intervention. Psychological
testing services are provided in order to identify cognitive,
behavioral, emotional, and psychological problems. OCS provides
personality evaluations, psychological screening services for
law enforcement personnel, and court-ordered forensic psychological
evaluations. In addition, psychological testing services are
utilized in order to identify and assist individuals experiencing
problems with attention, learning and memory.
